moving?
oh, boy...well, I got a folder with some papers in it from my new landlord today, and it looks as if I'll be moving, probably before the end of the month... the rent went up (I knew that was coming), but the kicker was he wants a 12 month lease. I've been very happy with month to month, but there's no way I will commit to living here for another year. so now the question becomes, do I look for another apartment, or do I really start looking for a house? I'm not sure what I can afford (not much), and whether buying a house before the divorce is final will create any problems.
damn. not what I wanted to be dealing with right now. oh well.
