it has been
awhile...life is in one of the interesting (for lack of a more colorful word...) valleys that I seem to have been inhabiting in the recent future. I'm plugging along, keeping very busy with the Voices Project movie, and hanging with the boys (mostly gathered around the computers). the four of us just spent the weekend at Solarfest. it was a great weekend, with great music and great weather (all of us except Lincoln got sunburned!). I was an emcee on the Main Stage, which was a lot of fun, and I got to meet and hang with some great musicians and a super backstage crew. a couple of groups that you should check out are Break of Reality and the House Jacks. the two groups (especially BoR) are taking music in a whole new direction, and I'm not going to tell you more, you have to go listen...
anyway, lots of Voices work to do today, plus I really need to clean the house, and, and...
oh, we also got a new cat last week, Frida, who has yet to come out of hiding. once she and Maggie can start to tolerate being in the same room, I think we'll be ok... I'll take some pictures once we see her!
